The victim was Leon Oliwkowicz, 80, who lives in Unit 704 and was found Saturday. Luis Bermúdez, 26, who lives on the seventh floor, was found on Saturday. Bermúdez’s mother Ana Ortiz, 46, was found on Saturday. Saturday and Christina Beatrice Elvira, 74, were found on Sunday.

“No one has prepared us for such tragedy and bad news,” Brian Fincheltub, the Consular Director of the Venezuela U.S. Embassy, wrote in Spanish. “Unfortunately, two missing Venezuelans were found dead in the Surfside collapse.”
