Apple Music introduces Spatial Audio and Lossless Audio



Cupertino, California Apple today announced that Apple Music is delivering industry-leading sound quality to its members with the addition of Spatial Audio with Dolby Atmos support. Spatial Audio allows artists to create immersive audio experiences for fans with multidimensional and immersive sound. Pure clarity, Apple Music subscribers will be able to listen to over 75 million songs in Lossless Audio, the way artists create them in the studio. These new features will be available to Apple Music subscribers over the next month at no additional cost.

Spatial Audio with Dolby Atmos support

Apple is bringing Spatial Audio with Dolby Atmos support to Apple Music.Dolby Atmos is a revolutionary immersive audio experience that allows artists to mix music so that sound comes from everything around and from above. By default, Apple Music automatically plays Dolby Atmos tracks on all AirPods and Beats headphones with the H1 or W1 chip, as well as built-in speakers on the latest versions of iPhones, iPads, and Macs.Apple Music adds Dolby Atmos tracks. Lossless sound

Apple Music will provide a catalog of more than 75 million songs in Lossless Audio. Apple uses ALAC (Apple Lossless Audio Codec) to preserve every bit of the original audio file. This means that Apple Music members will be able to hear the same things artists create in the studio.

To start listening to Lossless Audio, subscribers using the latest version of Apple Music can enable it in Settings> Music> Sound Quality.Here they can choose different resolutions for various connections such as Cellular Wi. -Fi, or for Apple Music’s Lossless downloads, start at CD quality, which is 16-bit at 44.1 kHz (kHz) and up to 24-bit at 48 kHz and can be played on Apple devices.For true audiophiles, Apple Music also has Hi-Resolution Lossless up to 24-bit at 192 kHz1
