After AMD’s announcement of the new Ryzen 5000 mobile processors at CES 2021, the vendor quickly released the laptops.ASUS has already seen the busy CES 2021, including the release of the Strix laptop lineup. New designed for on-the-go gaming One of them is the ASUS ROG Strix Scar 15, powered by the latest AMD Ryzen 5000 H processors and paired with NVIDIA’s latest GeForce RTX mobile graphics.
The ASUS ROG Strix Scar 15 (G533) features a 15.6-inch DCIP-3 1440p display with a 165 Hz refresh rate and VESA Adaptive Sync support.It has a slim bezel design with an 85% screen-to-body ratio, which ASUS claims is an improvement. In the 2020 edition, the basics of design are Cyberpunk, with ASUS looking to take advantage of CD Projekt Red̵7;s Cyberpunk 2077 game developer and publisher.
The ASUS ROG Strix Scar 15 has been designed with esports in mind using AMD’s latest Ryzen 5000 H mobile processors alongside NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX 3070 and 3080 mobile graphics and will be compatible with up to DDR4-3200 memory. 64 GB includes support for Dolby Atmos, four built-in speakers with built-in microphone with noise cancellation, 90 Wh Type-C charger with Wi-Fi 6, one USB 3.2 G2 Type-C with DisplayPort support, USB. 3.2 G1 Type-A, three and RJ45 ports powered by an unspecified Ethernet controller.
ASUS has not currently set a price for the ASUS ROG Strix Scar 15, but we expect to hear more about it soon.
