Border patrol police arrest MS-13 gang members illegally entering the US



A U.S. border patrol officer in California arrested an alleged MS-13 gang member on Wednesday morning after he illegally crossed the border into the United States, the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced.

Officials from the San Diego sector are searching. “Illegal immigration” in the mountainous area around 12:45 AM Wednesday when he met half a dozen men. “Near the border wall,” according to CBP.

By questioning, all the men admitted they had entered the United States illegally and were arrested, officials said.

While working at a nearby border patrol station, officials found a man was a “documented MS-13 gang member,” the CBP said.

The man, 28, and five El Salvador nationals, three from El Salvador, one from Mexico and another from Honduras, will be returned to his home country.
