Chrissy Teigen and John Legend on Tuesday commemorated the tattooed model that reads “Ooh Laa,” like the title of the song he released in June – down to her spine.
The couple posted a 3-minute clip of their trip to a tattoo parlor showing them with Hollywood artist Winterstone as Legend’s song plays in the background.
“Chrissy inspired the song,” Legend explains in the caption. “This song is the inspiration for Chrissy’s new tattoo.”
In the clip, the couple, who were married in 2013 and have two children, mention the first time she heard the song, while Teigen certainly cannot remember, Legend explains it was while they were in the bedroom.
“We have to test the work to make sure it works,” he said. “It works.”
Teigen says she remembers the first time hearing “All of Me” in 2013 her husband wrote about her.
In November, the pair said their relationship had grown stronger after the loss of a son, which they recorded to help others in similar circumstances.
“We went through a lot of challenges together and made us stronger,” Legend said in a joint interview. Good morning america“And I know it doesn’t always happen when people go through tragedy. But I feel that the challenges we face together make us feel more confident about who we are as a couple and who we are in the family … We are together stronger than ever. ”
