Today, there are 17 new confirmed COVID-19 cases in Humboldt County. The total number of residents in the county who tested positive for the virus was 4,405 after 2 previously reported cases. Earnings were considered false positives and were taken off the count.
The Vaccine Data Dashboard section is updated with the latest data from the California Immunization Registry (CAIR), which reports 121,713 doses of COVID-19 vaccination in the county and 48.6% of current residents aged 12 and over. are eligible for full vaccination
69,414 residents of Humboldt County received at least one dose of the drug. This number represents 51.1% of the county’s total population and 58.3% of eligible residents.
Vaccination information from the California Department of Public Health (CDPH), which includes additional information about doses administered through various vaccination programs. The federal government reports that 61.9% of Humboldt County’s eligible population has received at least one vaccine. This figure is almost 4% higher than the CAIR database report.
The vaccination clinic is scheduled until Sunday in Eureka. All public health clinics welcome walk-ins. or may make an appointment in advance via MyTurn.ca.gov

The single dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine is licensed for people 18 years and older. The Pfizer vaccine is approved for people 12 years and older. A parent or guardian must bring an underage child to the clinic. Minor consent forms are available online in English or Spanish. and may print it out and fill it out for each child before coming to the clinic.
