Deathloop is delayed again.

Arkane and Bethesda have announced that Deathloop is once again postponed, pushing the time-looping sim back to September 2021 in a video and written statement, game director Dinga Bakaba and art director Sebastien. Mitton explained that Arkane had made the decision to delay Deathoop from May 21 to September 14, 2021.

“We are committed to quality building and upholding our team’s ambitions for Deathloop, while ensuring the health and safety of everyone at Arkane,” reads the statement. “We’ll be using this special moment to achieve our goal: create a fun, stylish and engaging player experience.”


Deathloop was originally intended to be released in the PlayStation 5 launch window and is expected to be around November / December 2020.Arkane delayed the project to Q2 2021, which will end on May 21, but for now we have to wait 2 more. -3 months, with September 14th being a new day.
