Bungie has revealed four new weapon packs that will be available in the next season of Destiny 2 for players willing to take on the challenge of the Iron Banner tournament event. The firing guns include sniper guns, rifles, machine guns, and shotguns. The former two are weapons that were previously released in the Iron Banner in the first year of Destiny 2, while the latter two are brand new.
The new guns were shown in a This Week blog post at Bungie, but the developer didn’t give much detail. It doesn’t even tell us which guns are coming back. But the two returned weapons were not too difficult to pinpoint. They are the 140-round-per-minute Finite Impactor energy hand cannon and the Aggressive Finality Occluded Finality sniper rifle, both released with Warmind extensions in Year 1.
We haven’t seen these two guns in circulation for a while, and as we’ve seen with other older Iron Banner weapons that were updated late in the year, there is a high probability that both will. There’s a whole new benefit group as it appears in Season 14, especially Finite Impactor. It looks like it’s shining in the crucible with some benefits. In any case, the random roll should make the gun on par with Destiny 2’s other current rifles. We’ll have to look at how Bungie offers a new shotgun and machine gun, and how do they find a way to shine in PvP? PvE or not?
In addition to the new gun, Bungie also hinted that it will work with the new Iron Banner-themed armor. At this time, Bungie has re-released the old Iron Banner armor, making the older look available with the new Armor 2.0 mod system, even if you. Get armor only between Iron Banner event that has been going on for a week, it’s a little disappointing to get the old version of the new version, especially because Bungie is soon going to release an armor-transmission system that will allow you to make your armor It looks like other pieces.
Bungie said new armor designs are on their way. But don’t expect it in season 14. ”These sets won’t appear in a few seasons. But we hear your need for new digs, ”a blog post reads. We don’t know when it will be released, but Bungie said it will share additional information in the future when it becomes available. The blog post also details some of the weapon changes coming next season, which will define the types of guns and the benefits of the dominating weapon in the Crucible.
Meanwhile, Season 13’s final Iron Banner event will kick off on April 13 and will run through the weekly reset on April 20, Destiny 2’s season 14 is scheduled to begin on a date. May 11
