Discord reversed the decision to block iOS users from accessing any NSFW content.



Earlier this week, Discord announced a major change that would block iOS users from accessing servers with NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content.However, the company decided to drop that decision on Tuesday and will now reduce the clause. This limitation allows viewing of NSFW content on iPhone and iPad.

As stated by GizmodoDiscord has updated its practices on its NSFW servers following several negative user reactions about last week’s decision.

While the original idea was to block NSFW content on iOS devices, the restrictions now apply only to servers that are brazenly focused on pornography or other NSFW topics.Each channel will still be accessible and NSFW content will be displayed according to their age. User

In a statement, Discord stressed that it wanted to make the platform safer for younger users and wanted to avoid any conflicts with the App Store guidelines, which ban apps that provide easy and clear access to pornography and other NSFW content.
