Eight people were injured, and one was uninjured following a second blast and warning light at an Ohio paint factory early Thursday.
Officials said about 40 employees were working after midnight when an explosion broke out in one of five buildings on the campus of the city. Yenkin-Majestic Paint in Columbus
As most of the staff exited the building when firefighters arrived on the scene, officials learned that two people were trapped, according to Columbus Fire Brigade Chief Steve Martin.
They were eventually rescued and taken to the Ohio State University Hospital with serious injuries. Six others were balance.
Another person is still lost even though the team “Passed all the buildings,” the fire brigade said in a statement.

The exact cause of the explosion and the flame is under investigation. But there are lots of chemicals in the building, Martin said.
