After years of post-launch DLC and support, Forza Horizon 4 will receive new content packs in the next update. at least for a while
Senior Producer Tom Butcher Discussed Plans For The Latest Forza Horizon 4. Monthly Forza show (first found by video game chronicles) detailing how the development team is shifting its focus to Forza Horizon 5.
“With the release of Forza Horizon 5, it’s our top priority for the next few months. We’ve made some changes in Forza Horizon 4’s monthly series updates,” Butcher said. “So starting with the Series 38 update, players who know the game well will begin to see a return of content from the Series. 7 to 32 Imagine like a mixtape with the return of some of your favorite content combined with the recently added. new features”
Butcher added that the playground developer doesn̵7;t plan to add any new cars or features in the “next few months”.
“You should enjoy revisiting these moments. And see how you dealt with it the second time,” Butcher said. “And of course with all of our latest series updates. You’ll have photo challenges, Forzathon Shop awards, and backstage voting. All of this happened normally.”
Forza Horizon 4 will continue to receive future updates, with Butcher stating that they will focus on making sure the game “Still a fun experience,” but Playground said it wasn’t ready to go into details.
Forza Horizon 4 was upgraded for Xbox Series X and S during console launch. This gives players access to 4K 60 FPS in Series X and 1080p 60 FPS in Series S.
