Google briefly broke the release of the Pixel Buds A-Series.

  • Price, availability, and most of the specs remain a mystery.

Google’s release strategy for the Pixel Buds A is still … less than a luxury. A few weeks after an accidental teaser, Technology posted a short (and has since deleted) pre-announced Pixel Buds A-Series tweet.

The social post mentions a few priceless things about the Pixel Buds A-Series, but promises “sound quality” as well as simple setup through the latest Fast Pair experience. The design is virtually identical to the existing Pixel Buds by There is no contrasting black and white. You don’t need the latest phone to use it, at least true wireless headphones should work with Android 6.0 Marshmallow and above.

Rumors and parodies in the past have suggested that the A-Series would be a more affordable alternative to standard Pixel Buds, not sure if Google might drop the price (if any) to bring the price down as current models don’t include noise cancellation. Active or most other luxury from high-end wireless headphones.

The post suggested that Google might be closer to the intended launch. While nothing is certain at this stage, the company could use Virtual I / O 2021 to launch both the Pixel Buds A-Series and the highly anticipated Pixel 5a 5G smartphones. If so, Google will focus on making hardware affordable at I / O rather than competing with the latest flags.
