Free agent security guard Cody Wichmann visited the Seattle Seahawks on Wednesday, according to Mike Garafolo of the NFL Network.
Wichmann is the third defender the Seahawks are visiting this week, along with Chance Warmack and Danny Isidora.
Wichmann did not play in the NFL last season after two years with the Dallas Cowboys from 2018-19, the Cowboys released him at the end of training at camp last year. Wichmann, a five-year veteran, was a sixth-round pick for the St. Louis Rams in 2015 and has appeared in 24 professional games, with a total of 18 starts with the Rams in 2015-2016. Tennessee titans

The Seahawks added Gabe Jackson to a trade with the Las Vegas Raiders to pair up with Damien Lewis at escort.Jamarco Jones and Phil Haynes are still a potent in-depth option as well, although both dealt with an injury last season.
