“Girls Gone Wild” founder Joe Francis and longtime friend of the Kardashian family were arrested in Mexico last year and charged with domestic violence, The Sun reported.
Francis is accused of grabbing a woman’s throat and spitting on her to infect her with COVID-19 a day after he was reported to have the disease.
The incident took place on August 1, 2020 at Francis’ luxurious home in Punta Mita, according to Mexican court documents obtained by the Sun.

Francis screamed and cursed the woman. Tell her he’s kicking her out of the house. Then grabbed her right arm. Then spit on her face, The Sun said.
He was then accused of stepping on her head and body parts. The victim’s injury reports took two weeks to heal.
Francis was detained under defensive detention on August 13. He was released on September 8 after the victim was accused.
The charges were dismissed on condition that Joe underwent six months of psychotherapy, which police claimed he had finished, The Sun said.
The Girls Gone Wild founder was previously arrested and charged with three counts of false imprisonment, one count of grievous bodily harm, and one count of defamation against witnesses following the 2011 incident.
