Kyle Massey, who starred in Disney Channel’s “That’s So Raven” and “Cory in the House” in 2000, was charged with one count of immoral contact with a minor, according to court documents filed in June.
The criminal case was filed June 14 in King County, Washington. The charges come after Massey was indicted in early 2019 for allegedly sending photos, texts and videos to a 13-year-old girl. deliberately causing emotional distress Dangerous stories submitted with the intent to seduce minors. In the lawsuit, the anonymous girl alleged that she met Massey when she was four and contacted him because of her interest in a career in entertainment. According to the lawsuit, Massey was close to the girl̵7;s family and said she should move from the SEA. Little goes to Los Angeles to live with him and his girlfriend in Los Angeles. The girl and her mother were accused in the lawsuit of Massey. About a month later, Massey allegedly asked to be “acting like a father” with the girl, and contact escalated in November 2018 after the woman indicated she was interested in a role in the rebooted version of “Cory in the House.” The girl’s friends on Snapchat and shortly thereafter sent her “lots of sexually explicit messages, pictures and videos”. The suit said the woman was suing Massey for at least $1.5 million.
According to court documents, Massey failed to file a lawsuit Monday in King’s County, his representatives not returning. Variety ask for feedback
