“Public health strongly recommends that people wear masks at home in places such as grocery stores or retail stores. Movie theaters and family entertainment centers and the workplace when you don’t know everyone’s vaccination status,” the county’s health department said in a news release.
The health department noted that people who are fully vaccinated. “It appears to be well protected from infection from the delta variant.”
The county has experienced an increase in the number of cases and deaths in the winter. To date, the county has recorded a total of 1.2 million coronavirus cases and more than 24,000 deaths from COVID-19.
