Pennsylvanians More and more people are eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine Phase 1B of the state vaccination launch began on Monday.   • People caring for a child or an adult on the Child and Adult Day program.

Other groups in Phase 1B were eligible last week, including law enforcement, firefighters, grocery and food workers and agricultural workers.

Phase 1C will begin on April 12 and will be extended to everyone aged 16 and over on April 19.
