Remember the frustration between Epic Games and Apple involved. Fortnite On the App Store? A court hearing involving the two giants is currently pending, and as part of legal proceedings, Nintendo has contracted its own publisher.

While many 25-page documents including information about Nintendo’s license, content and distribution agreement have been modified, one important detail remains visible.

Nintendo’s partners were forced to reassure them that neither they nor their employees were. “Anti-social forces”

; and they do not fund or support these “forces”, but what is “antisocial forces”? Nintendo issued a statement using the term “Boryokudan,” the name used by the Japanese police and the media to set up a criminal organization (Yakuza).

Here is some text from the document provided by former Kotaku editor Stephen Totilo:

‘Antisocial forces’ refer to organized crime. (‘Borokudan’) who is a member of Borokudan. (‘Borokudan’), a sub-member of Borokudan. (‘Boroku Danji Yun Koseiin’), a company related to Boryokudan (‘Boryokudan kanren gaisha’), a fraudster who tries to extort money from the company by threatening to cause trouble in the place. General shareholders’ meetings (‘Soukaiya’) or act as if supporting a legitimate social cause (‘Shakai undou nado hyoubou goro’) or a special crime syndicate organized by the Secret Service (‘Tokusyu chinou boryoku syudan’). Or another group or person equivalent to the above mentioned group

It is also stated in the contract that it prohibits developers and publishers. “Claiming violence” using “threat or transaction-related violence” and “spread false rumors using fraud or coercion”.
