Rebel Wilson proudly shows off her new figure in a zip-up swimsuit.
The “Pitch Perfect” actress, 41, posed for a one-on-one photoshoot on a beach in Florida over the weekend.
She paired a blue suit with a light blue hat and sunglasses. “Palm Beaching,” she captioned the photo.
The Australian star is committed to a new diet and exercise plan in 2020 and it has been a success. She hit her 165-pound weight goal in November.

Wilson admits that she has a problem with “Emotional eating” and sometimes find it difficult to eat clean. “Seeing all the Easter eggs there right now, I was like, WOOO! It drives me crazy,” she said.
“I love it and I’m very proud of myself for being able to make a life change in such a difficult year,” Wilson said.

“The only nutritional value is I try to stay under 1,500 calories because again my body type. If I want to lose weight that week I have to stay under 1,500 each day,” Wilson revealed. “I am now going into a more maintenance phase. So it’s probably more than 2,000, 2,500 because I exercise like a beast. So now I can eat a little more once I reach my target weight.”
She also exercises six days a week and eats a high-protein diet.

“Does this mean I eat healthy and clean every day? It’s not that far off,” she says, “but I prioritize where I can. If I go out to a restaurant I’m going to try salmon, chicken breast. I don’t eat a lot of meat, so it’s difficult. I’m mainly vegetarian, but now I really have to focus on it. because my body responds well to proteins.”
