in May when Andrew Rudy’s son Giuliani announced he is looking for a GOP nomination for New York governor. He boldly declared: “I am a politician from birth… It’s in my DNA.” He seemed to inherit something from his father. Such is the knack for public contempt and stunning failure. According to insiders, Andrew Giuliani received zero votes to support his doomed campaign in a secret ballot by Republican leaders this week. Ten percent of voters opted to abstain instead of voting for Giuliani and Rep. Lee Zeldin (R-NY) in the lead with 85 percent of the vote, making him the Republican nominee. Will not have the full support of the party leader, Giuliani vowed not to quit. “I think this is too early,” he said, according to Politico. “I think if you look at the numbers I think you can see that we perform better in the blue state whenever there is a primary.”
