The Seahawks are looking for a new offensive line coordinator and Seahawks defender Russell Wilson want to be included.
Wilson said today that he thinks this is a critical point in his career and that he thinks it is vital that the Seahawks listen to his input in finding the right people to offend.
“As a quarterback, it’s a necessity in my career,” Wilson told Joe Fann of NBC Sports Northwest.
Wilson said he thinks Brian Schottenheimer, who was fired from this week’s offensive coordinator role, will be. And Wilson added that it was important for him and head coach Pete Carroll to be on the same page about replacing Schottenheimer.
If they can’t get on the same page, the Seahawks might have an unhappy franchise defender.
