Former Clinton service provider Declan Kelly has been accused of conducting confidential matters with a senior female executive at his former firm Teneo, sources told Page Six only.

On Tuesday morning, Teneo announced that Kelly was stepping down as the company’s powerful CEO.
The company said in a statement, “The Teneo Board regrets to announce that Declan Kelly has recommended his decision to resign as chairman and CEO of the company.
“Teneo Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer Paul Keary has been named CEO, effective immediately.”

He added, “This incident woke me up in a big way. I quit drinking immediately and am consulting a health professional. I won’t drink again
“I learned a hard lesson and the task to complete is my responsibility. And I’m doing it right now. It will be an ongoing journey that will last for the rest of my life.”
He added that he had temporarily reduced his work responsibilities to focus on his health. and plans to return to full capacity as CEO in September.
After the incident, General Motors cut ties with the company as a public relations consultant, the Financial Times reported.
