Former Clinton service provider Declan Kelly has been accused of conducting confidential matters with a senior female executive at his former firm Teneo, sources told Page Six only.

Kelly, who was married with children and was CEO of Teneo until he stepped down on Tuesday. He allegedly spent some time with female executives at his company.
An insider at Teneo, a Manhattan-based company that promotes itself while helping Fortune 500 CEOs maintain their pristine reputation and avoid scandal. claim that kelly “Have been in a relationship with subordinates for many years.”;

Representatives for Teneo did not respond to multiple requests for comment from Page Six on Monday.
Kelly’s attorney, Andrew Levander, also declined to comment on the memo when contacted by phone Monday evening.
On Tuesday morning, Teneo announced that Kelly was stepping down as the company’s powerful CEO.
The company said in a statement, “The Teneo Board regrets to announce that Declan Kelly has recommended his decision to resign as chairman and CEO of the company.
“Teneo Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer Paul Keary has been named CEO, effective immediately.”
We reported last week that famous Kelly fell asleep in a viral video at the 2020 Super Bowl was fired from the board of the Global Citizen charity after he was accused of drunk and misconduct with a number of women. California Vax Live concert in May this year.

He added, “This incident woke me up in a big way. I quit drinking immediately and am consulting a health professional. I won’t drink again
“I learned a hard lesson and the task to complete is my responsibility. And I’m doing it right now. It will be an ongoing journey that will last for the rest of my life.”
He added that he had temporarily reduced his work responsibilities to focus on his health. and plans to return to full capacity as CEO in September.
After the incident, General Motors cut ties with the company as a public relations consultant, the Financial Times reported.
