The cyclist died Sunday near the Swamp Rabbit Trail in Greenville. Bolt said the cyclist entered a crosswalk and was hit by a car. The vehicle left the scene and was not identified. The cyclist did not wear a helmet and died at the scene. The coroner identified the cyclist as Carli Brewer Soukup, 33, of the Taylors.
