Reports indicate that three members of the Aryan Brotherhood were shot and killed last week in New Mexico.

The man was involved in the shooting on Wednesday and was later sent to a hospital car in Albuquerque by a fourth man with clear ties to the gang in the Albuquerque prison. The Journal reported, citing court records.

Two of the victims identified as Brandon Torres, 44, and James Fisher, 41, according to police.

A third victim was not identified.

Richard Kuykendall, 41, who is believed to have dropped the car at the hospital, was arrested and charged with possession of a firearm and ammunition.

FBI agents believe Kuykendall may be accused of killing a man following the criminal complaint.

The surveillance footage the officers received showed Kuykendall at the scene shot by someone in the car.

He then got into the car before going out alone and drove to the hospital, according to the video.
