The Manhattan DA’s office has subpoenaed and has now seized documents from the apartment of Jennifer Weisselberg, former daughter-in-law of corporate CFO Trump Allen Weisselberg.
Allen Weisselberg is reportedly publicly under investigation as part of Cyrus Vance’s extensive investigation into the Trump family business.Jennifer Weisselberg has lived with Allen Weisselberg’s son Barry since 1996 and married in 2004. The couple divorced in 2018.
The financial records were obtained on Thursday by state investigators. “It involves Barry and Allen and her. Jennifer Weisselberg is “working fully with district attorneys and providing whatever information they request,” said her spokesman Juda Engelmayer.

The Manhattan DA’s office declined to comment.Fox News has referred questions to representatives of the Trump Organization, Barry Weisselberg and Allen Weisselberg, but they have not been returned.
A spokesman for the district attorney’s office declined to comment, as did lawyers for Allen Weisselberg, lawyer Barry Weisselberg, did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Vance’s investigation into the Trump Organization kicks off in 2019 and focuses on banking, insurance and possible tax fraud. It involved financial dealings with Trump’s Manhattan real estate, including his flagship Fifth Avenue building, Trump Tower, and his 213-acre property valuation, Seven Springs in West Chester Trump has denied any wrongdoing.
