West Virginia man killed in shooting of state trooper cause conflict

A man in West Virginia died after he shot a state soldier and exchanged guns with police during an hour-long confrontation, according to reports.

West Virginia State Police responded to a call saying someone had died in Hedgesville around 10 a.m. Friday.
