One of Zac Efron’s close friends has responded to rumors he has a job.
“It’s like having a Picasso and painting the kids’ fingers,” 49-year-old Kyle Sandilands said on the Australian radio show “The Kyle and Jackie O” on Friday.
The radio host continued, “I will know if he had surgery or not.”
During the conversation, Sandilands also confirmed the news that Efron and Australian girlfriend Vanessa Valladares had separated.
Rumors about Efron’s surgery started in early April after a new clip of him surfaced online. The video, which promotes Bill Nye’s “Earth Day Musical”; on Facebook Watch, sparked a conversation about Efron’s face, especially his jawline, almost immediately.
It was widely known that Efron broke his jaw in 2013, but it is not clear if the old injury was related to his new look.
This isn’t the first time Efron’s appearance has garnered attention. After years of fame for his torn figure, the “Greatest Showman” actor showed off a more relaxed look for his Netflix series “Down to Earth” in 2020. That the fans did not care about
